What you get, for nothing: a private studio with lights, phone, microphone and monitor; our whole catalogue on consignment, so you never buy stock; a producer in the control room; one-to-one coaching for your first three months; and brand campaigns from Gold tier. No membership fee, no equipment deposit, no room rent. Below is how you are paid.

For your first three months we top you up to MXN 3,000 a month if your share falls short. It is not a salary and not a loan: it exists so that the first eight slow weeks do not end the attempt. It stops at the end of the third month either way. Tiers are reassessed every month on the previous month's gifts, and they move both ways.
